Milan-based Turkish label GUNTAS has collaborated with American sportswear manufacturer New Balance on a capsule collection. Started in July with a presentation at the footwear brand’s flagship store in Milan for the 574 Sport launch event, the collaboration is a mixture of sportswear with label’s trademark 90’s-inspired garments. With the deconstruction of classic sportswear garments and the inclusion of zips and intensive stitching, designer Zeynep Guntas attempts to reinterpret and highlight the iconic New Balance logo.
