Fashion brand H&M and Netflix‘ hit series Stranger Things collaborate on Summer 2019 capsule collection, that was inspired by lazy summer days by the pool, and it pays tribute to iconic 1980s styles of the show. Star of H&M x Stranger Things‘ Summer 2019 capsule collection campaign is actor Dacre Montgomery (Billy Hargrove in Stranger Things) captured by fashion photographer Matt Jones. In charge of styling was Katie Burnett, with set design from Chime Serra.
“In the upcoming third season of Netflix’s Stranger Things, new locations in fictional town of Hawkins are introduced and H&M have exclusivity to carry the show’s storytelling into the realm of fashion with a summer capsule collection based around the community pool.
Designed by H&M´s in-house team in collaboration with Netflix, the silhouettes are retro modern in the Stranger Things colour palette of black, red and white alongside fuchsia pink and teal for some of the women’s garments. Some of the collection’s pieces will be seen in the series, and the Stranger Things logo will be featured on various garments and accessories. Collection will be available in stores worldwide, as well as on hm.com, from 23 May.“
