A photo from the upcoming film “Spencer” in which Kristen Stewart plays the late Princess Diana, has been released, and it’s already one of her most talked-about roles to date.
Written by “Peaky Blinders” creator Steven Knight, the upcoming drama focuses on a weekend in the life of Princess Diana in which she spends a holiday with the British Royal Family and decides to end her turbulent marriage to Prince Charles.

Other confirmed cast members include Timothy Spall, Sally Hawkins and Sean Harris. Filming began in Germany in January 2021, while the movie is expected to debut in the fall.
