Luxury house PRADA presented their Spring Summer 2022 campaign featuring Euphoria‘s star Hunter Schafer and top models Selena Forrest, Julia Nobis and Lina Zhang lensed by fashion photographer David Sims. In charge of creative direction was Ferdinando Verderi, with casting direction from Ashley Brokaw, and production by Alexis Piqueras. The campaign fuses actuality and fantasy, the physical and the cerebral, to capture “the mood of Prada” – the connection felt between a woman and her clothes.
“Intimate and real, these ambiguous, intriguing photographs by David Sims showcase the innately personal relationship of people to their garments. They celebrate and immortalize everyday gestures, moods of life. Through the season, the campaign evolves though a series of videos and photographic contributions devised by a series of emerging image-makers, each invited on set to interpret the collection, the campaign, and the mood of Prada.” – from Prada
