Fashion house GIVENCHY and entertainment company DISNEY presented their new capsule collection that celebrates the Lunar New Year as well as Disney’s 100th anniversary.? For the Disney x Givenchy collection, designer Matthew M. Williams found inspiration around the globe, from New York and Paris to Los Angeles, Shanghai, Tokyo and beyond. The collection captures the spirit of adventure, and fuses Oswald’s mischievous, high-energy spirit with Givenchy’s aesthetic. The campaign, produced in collaboration with Walt Disney Animation Studios and art director and photographer Julian Klincewicz, features the lucky rabbit Oswald, American actress and YouTuber Madelaine Petsch, American singer, rapper, and songwriter Amber Liu, and supermodel turned actor Alton Mason.
The Disney x Givenchy capsule collection will be available starting December 16th in China, Singapore and Tokyo Ikebukuro pop-up as well as the Miami Aventura pop-up on December 19th and will be available globally on December 30th in stores and on givenchy.com.
