Fashion house AURALEE unveiled its Spring Summer 2024 Collection, that emphasizes the subtle nuances that distinguish the expressive ways of being oneself, during the recently finished Paris Fashion Week. Individuality reflects the different eccentricities that distinguish each person, including their individual quirks, whims, habits, and interests. The collection is built around premium, high-quality, and completely unique fabrics. Textured dry cottons, delicate organza, lightweight wool mohair for summer, mélange-colored wool poplin, handwoven mesh tweed, and nylon taffeta are among the fabrics that the brand used for the season. Surfaces of these rich fabrics vary in appearance: some appear wrinkled, as if freshly washed and tumble dried, while others have a smooth finish or a translucent sheen. These subtle flaws contribute to the uniqueness of each garment.
SPRING SUMMER 2024 COLLECTIONS
Reversible jackets with silk linings, perfectly fitted trench coats, and lightweight wool mohair slacks are worn inside-out to communicate a personal interpretation. Similarly, enhanced tropical wool outerwear, built blousons, and hoodies are combined with a voluminous spongy effect, offering a unique touch without sacrificing elegant functionality. The collection’s knitwear is soft, transparent, airy, and versatile. Knits with a high gauge can be layered and matched with shorts, high socks, and leather shoes for a playful yet fashionable look. Slender knitted dresses in wool-silk are proposed alongside nostalgic sheer ringer tees and half-worn camisoles, perfect to be layered to achieve an imaginative look. The materials showcase subtle tone variations, lending a gentle tint to the fabric’s surface. The color palette is gentle and poetic, with delicate whites, beige, pale greens, and pale blues. Strong reds, turquoise, and greens add chromatic life to the collection, while black emphasizes the intensity of bold colors and the brightness of whites.
Lightweight yet robust mesh bags and cycling-inspired saddlebags compliment ensembles, seamlessly accommodating unworn layers and conveying an air of openness. The collection encapsulates an offbeat yet laid-back and nonchalantly stylish attitude, inviting wearers to embrace the new season with a cool and free-spirited mindset that mirrors their individuality.
