Kith Classics collaborates once again with adidas Originals this season, breathing new life into three tennis-centric models – the Rod Laver, IL Comp, and Torsion Edberg. The collection for the Fall 2023 season pays tribute to various eras of professional tennis. Each revamped model is accentuated with royal blue touches and exclusive Kith and adidas Originals joint branding. Unique construction attributes distinguish each design, making them stand out in their own special way.
Drawing inspiration from the legendary Australian player, the Rod Laver model is designed with a knitted mesh upper adorned with pigskin nubuck overlays, giving it a sleek yet sophisticated appeal. The Torsion Edberg, named after Swedish tennis icon Stefan Edberg, flaunts a more intricate design featuring a plethora of accent details, complemented by a full-grain leather upper with pigskin nubuck overlays. Meanwhile, the IL Comp, originally launched in 1985 for both on-court performance and off-court style, is crafted from a knitted mesh upper and complemented with full-grain leather overlays.
The exclusive Kith Classics and adidas Originals collaboration will be available starting August 21st in all Kith stores, at 11AM EST on Kith.com, 11AM CET on EU.Kith.com, as well as through the Kith App.
