Fashion house Maison Kitsuné unveiled its Spring Summer 2024 Collection that embarks on a journey of endless summer, traveling from cityscapes to seaside retreats, capturing the essence of various iconic locations from Tokyo to Chiba, Paris to Biarritz, and New York to California. This collection explores the brand’s multifaceted sensibility, reimagining classic codes with a modern twist and Maison Kitsuné’s signature irreverence.
SPRING SUMMER 2024 COLLECTIONS
The collection starts in the city with dawn blues and rosebud pinks, featuring urban essentials like pinstripe cotton shirting with Fox logos and disrupted patterns of blooming flowers. It includes oversized suitings and denims, and for womenswear, color-blocked polos and pleated skirts.
As the journey progresses, a Californian spirit infuses the collection with hallucinogenic floral prints, patchworked merino knits, and workwear silhouettes, balanced by refined silhouettes. The collection features a new Baby Fox logo across knitwear and introduces The Boogie – Maison Kitsuné’s first handbag, now in a baguette proportion.
Reaching the coast, the collection showcases verdant florals and sunset landscapes, with sun-bleached jersey and 90s surfwear signifiers. Menswear highlights oversized shirting and sportswear silhouettes, while women’s wear includes square-toed sandals and slip dresses.
The Cloud, a new soft leather baguette handbag, and a roomy, multi-purpose drawstring surf tote bag become essential beachfront companions. The journey concludes in the Hawaiian tropics, with featherlight fabrics, sheer voile shirting, washed cotton shorts, and paradisical postcards depicting an endless summer fantasy.
