As a part of the Paris Fashion Week, Comme des Garçons Homme Plus showed its Fall Winter 24 Collection. Under the creative direction of Rei Kawakubo, 40 looks walked down the runway with one theme uniting all of them, the color white. Rei is looking into different meanings of the color as an inspiration for the collection, with the focus on ‘White is symbolic of prayer‘. The secondary color palette includes black and varying shades of gray, with the silhouettes being classic Kawakubo.
A standout in the accessories was the Nike collaboration, the AirMax TL2.5. The sneaker is a reimagination, or rather a minimalistic version, of the original, with the tongue and logo removed, the colors muted and laces tucked in.
