The decor also handled by THDP team is a harmonious blend of modern elegance and classic Venetian elements. Neutral walls are complemented by vibrant accents in mustard, gold, teal, and magenta, creating a tranquil yet opulent atmosphere. The design furniture pieces are sourced from renowned Italian brands such as Miniforms, Rubelli, Vibieffe, Bolzan, Italamp, Siru, Flukso, Besana, Zucchetti, Florim and Cantori, ensuring the highest quality and design.

THDP’s renovation has preserved the historical integrity of the building while incorporating contemporary elements. The mullioned windows, arches, and shutters have been painstakingly restored, and the cone-shaped fireplaces have been reconstructed to their original state. The intricately decorated stucco ceilings and original stairwell have been left untouched, preserving their historical charm. THDP approaced the project with an intention of using ‘microlocal’ language: “This concept seamlessly integrates with Venice’s architectural heritage by incorporating elements such as Murano glass, traditional Venetian fabrics, and handcrafted pewter cutlery, thereby preserving and celebrating the city’s artisanal legacy,” shares Mannino talking about the project.
The kitchens, designed by Fenix, feature dark green handle-less doors and sleek Smeg appliances, blending minimalistic design with functional elegance. The bathrooms combine classical Venetian style with modern materials, using pastel colors and high-precision stoneware from Florim.
