Collaboration of Supreme and Martine Rose for Fall 2024 brings a playful reinvention of everyday pieces. Martine Rose has spent nearly two decades redefining menswear, challenging conventional ideas and proposing fresh perspectives on traditional styles. Her ability to take everyday garments and infuse them with originality is at the core of this collaboration.
The collection consists of a diverse range of pieces, from a Leather Jacket and Pant to a Velour Track Jacket and Pant, giving a nod to Rose’s ability to play with fabric and form. With items like the Reversible Denim Trucker Jacket and Denim Cargo Pant, the collection feels distinctly functional, yet innovative. The addition of accessories includes the Mini Duffle Bag, Lanyard, and Scarf.
Martine Rose’s background in London’s vibrant dance and music scene has deeply influenced her approach to design. Growing up in a family that held a unique respect for style, Rose learned to appreciate clothing beyond its basic function. Her designs channel the energy of her experiences in various cultural spheres, resulting in a collection that feels personal and reflective of the streets and sounds that shaped her. This partnership with Supreme brings that perspective to a global audience.
One of the standout pieces in the collection is the collaboration with Clarks Originals® on their iconic Desert Trek shoe. This reimagined version, true to Rose’s style, transforms a classic silhouette into something fresh. In addition to the collection, Supreme and Martine Rose have produced a 44-page black-and-white photo zine, providing an intimate look at the design process and the inspiration behind each piece. All profits from the zine will be donated to St. Giles Trust, a UK charity that supports those impacted by homelessness, substance abuse, and violence.
