Jordan Brand continues its platform-focused Brooklyn series with a new iteration of the Air Jordan 1 Low arriving in Spring 2025. Officially named the Air Jordan 1 Low Brooklyn in Doll Pink, the sneaker features a pastel-heavy design anchored by a thick outsole and exaggerated proportions. This release builds on previous Brooklyn drops, maintaining the line’s signature chunky construction while shifting toward a softer visual identity.

The sneaker’s upper is constructed entirely from tumbled leather in a muted pink tone, matched precisely across the collar, laces, and platform sole. The tonal execution creates a uniform appearance, emphasizing the sculptural build of the Brooklyn silhouette. Unlike the original Air Jordan 1 Low, this version stands taller, borrowing cues from creeper-style footwear. The oversized platform offers a solid base, reinforcing the shoe’s streetwear-first positioning.

Two chrome elements interrupt the monochrome: a metallic finish on the toe cap and a reflective silver Wings logo positioned at the heel. These details are consistent with earlier releases from the Brooklyn series, offering a polished contrast that doesn’t shift focus from the pink base. The model’s proportions remain unchanged, with a slightly flared midsole and padded collar that reinforce the boot-like aesthetic Jordan Brand introduced when the Brooklyn debuted.

The Air Jordan 1 Low Brooklyn first gained attention for pushing the classic Jordan 1 Low silhouette into unexpected territory, often combining heavy detailing with unconventional textures or hardware. Early versions featured accessories like studs and metallic loops, signaling a design direction rooted in edge and attitude. With the “Doll Pink” edition, the brand leans into seasonality instead, reworking the shoe with smoother surfaces and a more unified palette.

This direction is consistent with Jordan Brand’s broader strategy heading into 2025, as pastel-driven models begin to dominate the conversation. Recent releases such as the Air Jordan 4 RM and Flight Court have introduced a spectrum of soft colorways, positioning the brand’s heritage models within a spring-focused framework. The Air Jordan 1 Low Brooklyn Doll Pink fits squarely within this ongoing evolution.

Retailing at $150 USD, the sneaker is scheduled to drop in Spring 2025 and will be available through Nike and select retailers.
