Nike has introduced its 2025 National Team Kits, created to meet the demands of elite-level football while also reflecting each country’s culture and the evolving force of the women’s game. Designed using the brand’s most advanced fabrication and data-led design tools, these uniforms mark a significant step forward in technical sportswear.
At the core of the new kits is Nike’s proprietary Dri-FIT ADV technology. This fabric system actively pulls sweat away from the body to help athletes remain dry and focused under high-pressure conditions. The material has been strategically constructed using feedback from professional players and extensive 4D body mapping, ensuring maximum comfort and responsiveness during play.

The design process included a detailed digital mapping of female footballers’ movements, identifying where specific fabric structures – such as mesh or ribbed textures – could enhance performance. This data-driven approach informed structural innovations like a new side panel that supports improved flexibility and airflow through the torso. Each design decision was made to serve real-time player needs, optimizing freedom of movement without sacrificing stability or support.
A key element across the kits is the Lite Flex crest. Developed with breathability in mind, the crest is lighter and more adaptable than previous iterations, staying secure while contributing to overall comfort. Meanwhile, aesthetic elements across the kits are rooted in cultural references, with colors, motifs, and graphic details inspired by the identity and ambition of each national team.

Beyond technical performance, Nike’s design team placed significant focus on sustainability. The Swoosh logos and decorative trims are made from Nike Grind, a material composed of recycled manufacturing scraps and repurposed shoes. Fabric cutting efficiency reached 85% through advanced product development tools, helping reduce waste throughout the production process.
The launch also includes accompanying National Federation Collections, which extend the storytelling and visual identity of each kit into off-pitch apparel. From training gear to casualwear and accessories, the expanded collections give both players and supporters new ways to show support while embracing individual style.
Nike’s 2025 National Team Kits will roll out on nike.com and through select retail partners in the coming weeks, ahead of their debut on pitch later this year.
