Carhartt WIP returns to its partnership with Nike for a new interpretation of the Air Max Goadome Low, introducing three colorways that draw directly from the workwear label’s design language. Official Nike images reveal the upcoming “Twilight Marsh” edition, offering a closer look at the collaboration’s reworked construction, layered materials and industrial-inspired hardware. The project marks the first collaboration between Carhartt WIP and Nike since 2018.

The Air Max Goadome occupies a distinctive position within Nike’s footwear lineup, combining the substantial proportions of a boot with the lower profile of a lifestyle shoe. Carhartt WIP develops this character further through visible stitching, contrasting materials and practical details that reference traditional work boots.
The most significant design change appears along the sidewalls, where Carhartt WIP introduces a cutout section that recalls the construction of the Nike Air Max Tailwind 4. Stitching follows the edges of these panels, creating a defined outline that interrupts the Goadome’s conventional upper.
On the “Twilight Marsh” colorway, canvas fills the side sections while leather overlays cover the surrounding areas. The arrangement gives the shoe a layered appearance, with different materials occupying clearly defined portions of the upper. Earlier reports suggest that material choices may differ across the collection. The tan and other earth-toned versions reportedly incorporate suede, while the black edition uses leather.
The collaboration also changes the traditional lacing system. Thick rope laces pass through metal D-rings, replacing standard eyelets with hardware commonly associated with work boots. These details contribute to the shoe’s utilitarian character and complement its substantial proportions.
Carhartt WIP and Nike introduce restrained branding throughout the design. A small metallic Nike Swoosh appears on the side, while a leather patch sits on the tongue. A black Carhartt label near the outer side provides another reference to the workwear brand.
The collection includes three versions of the Air Max Goadome Low, each using a related palette of earthy shades and darker accents. The “Twilight Marsh” colorway combines its namesake tone with Light British Tan, Light Cream and Black. Its canvas side panels and leather overlays create a distinct material arrangement that draws attention to the redesigned upper.
The “Light British Tan” edition introduces Metallic Ochre, Twilight Marsh, Black and Dark Cinder, developing the same color family through a different distribution of tones. The third colorway, “Black,” takes the darkest approach, incorporating Twilight Marsh and Light British Tan accents into its predominantly black design. Across all three versions, the collaboration maintains the Goadome’s recognizable proportions while adjusting its exterior construction. The rope laces, D-ring hardware and compact branding establish a consistent identity throughout the collection.
