Willy Chavarria staged the first pre-sale event for the label at Printemps New York, introducing the Women’s Collection through a salon-style presentation in the historic Red Room. The evening marked the first time the brand showcased its women’s line independently, placing focus on intimacy and direct engagement. Guests encountered a mix of signature looks from Paris earlier this year alongside new designs created for the occasion.
The presentation offered a curated approach that emphasized proximity between designer and audience. Attendees viewed the collection at close range, selected pieces for pre-order, and placed bespoke requests for styles tailored to their preferences. The format underscored Chavarria’s vision of redefining modern luxury through depth, artistry, and personal connection.

Refined tailoring anchored the Spring Summer 2026 collection. Every piece was handmade in Italy, showcasing construction and detail. The standout introduction came with the Nuevo Staple blazer for women, designed with a cinched waist, strong shoulders, and slim sleeves. The collection also brought attention to its color palette, which ranged from Chicle and Papaya to Red Hot, Bourdin Blue, Butter, Uniform Green, Concrete, and Masa.
Leather took on a new role this season. Chavarria positioned it as a core wardrobe material rather than an element reserved for outerwear. The collection included the Chavela two-piece leather sets and dresses, along with coach jackets and trench-style leather dresses. These pieces broadened the range of women’s staples while situating leather as a year-round foundation.

After the presentation, the evening shifted into a cocktail reception at The Red Room Bar. Sponsored by Tequila Don Julio, the gathering allowed guests to converse with Chavarria directly. Many spoke to the designer about the collection, the tailoring, and the new direction of the women’s line. The personal nature of the event reinforced the salon-style format and extended the atmosphere of exclusivity.
Chavarria framed the evening as an opportunity to connect luxury with intimacy. He explained, “It’s important to me that luxury be personal. I’m delighted to share our SS26 offering in an intimate setting where I can speak directly about the love I have for this collection.” His words reflected both the format of the night and the philosophy driving the women’s line.
