adidas Originals reunites with Edison Chen and CLOT for the Pro Model Collection, marking their return after the success of the Stan Smith collaboration. The new series draws from Ivy League sport traditions and refined tailoring, creating a dialogue between academic formality and modern street sensibility.
SPORTSWEAR
Chen applies his multicultural design language to rework collegiate style with global influence. Each piece channels varsity heritage through a contemporary filter, where vintage sports references intersect with urban fashion details. The result is a cohesive collection that connects craftsmanship, comfort, and cultural perspective.

The central piece of the lineup is the CLOT Pro Model, a reinterpreted version of the adidas Superstar designed for winter. Presented in Navy and Brown, the model features premium leather uppers, rope laces, and a sawtooth sole engineered for function. Gold-tone eyelets and tongue branding bring refinement to the rugged construction, fusing sport heritage with street utility.
The apparel capsule continues the theme of Ivy League reinvention. The CLOT Varsity Jacket, made from herringbone felt with a shearling lining, nods to vintage letterman tradition. Embroidered co-branded emblems and chenille patches featuring a 1960s-inspired polar bear mascot celebrate the collaboration’s spirit of cultural exchange.

The CLOT Sweater features a mohair-inspired Trefoil logo that contrasts soft yarns against structured form. The corduroy Suit Jacket and Pant employ CLOT’s wrap-tie closure and subtle 3-Stripes detailing, drawing a link between classic suiting and sport functionality.
Foundational items such as the embroidered Long-sleeve Tee with “Universitaire adidas CLOT” graphics, the French Terry Quarter Zip, and coordinated Sweatpants reinforce the collection’s focus on thoughtful detail. Each garment channels collegiate symbolism through a modern approach.
The full collection releases worldwide on November 15, 2025. The CLOT Pro Model retails for $220 USD / €220 EUR.
