Fear of God presents April 15, a film directed by Calmatic, alongside a capsule collection created in partnership with Major League Baseball, the Jackie Robinson Estate, and the Negro Leagues Baseball Museum. The release aligns with Jackie Robinson Day and focuses on a defined set of garments that reference Robinson’s career.
SPORTSWEAR
The collection includes three pieces. A Brooklyn Dodgers-inspired hoodie and a matching tee incorporate Robinson’s number 42, linking the garments to his time with the team. A Kansas City Monarchs-inspired hoodie references an earlier chapter of his career, featuring his team number 5 and a Negro League patch.

Fear of God continues its work with MLB through this release, while also introducing elements of the upcoming MLB Essentials Spring 2026 collection. The broader range expands on the relationship between sport and clothing through material and design. It includes a mid-weight cotton tee, marking the first use of this fabric weight within the MLB Essentials collection. The lineup also features the brand’s signature fleece, updated with pinstripe detailing and satin-stitched applications that reference traditional baseball uniforms.

The film follows a young player across a single morning. The narrative begins in a domestic setting, capturing time at the breakfast table and in the front yard, before shifting to the ballpark as the player clocks in. The film connects everyday routine with the structure of the game, linking personal experience to the broader context of baseball.
