Luxury house Dior introduces the Dior Ribbon sneaker for Fall 2026, created by Jonathan Anderson as part of the House’s new footwear lineup for the season. The design brings Dior’s fashion codes into a streamlined sneaker silhouette through aligned ribbons inspired by the J’Adior line and a supple sole that reveals the Cannage motif. With understated tones and materials ranging from suede to denim, the style presents a contemporary take on the House’s familiar visual language.
SNEAKERS
The sneaker takes its name from the ribbon detail, which gives the upper its main visual identity. Anderson uses the J’Adior reference as a structural part of the design, placing the Dior ribbons as repeated elements on the upper. The Cannage motif appears through the sole, adding a second House code in a subtler place.
The suede calfskin editions give the Dior Ribbon a two-tone treatment. The White and Beige Suede Calfskin version introduces a soft color pairing, while the Pink and Beige Suede Calfskin version brings the same material direction into a warmer palette. Both versions use Dior ribbons on the upper and keep the focus on suede texture, color contrast, and the J’Adior reference.
Dior also develops the sneaker through technical fabric. The Black Suede Calfskin and Technical Fabric version pairs suede calfskin with fabric for a darker edition of the style. The White Suede Calfskin and Technical Fabric version uses the same material pairing in a lighter version.
The Cannage cotton bouclé versions give the lineup its most textured material treatment. One edition combines white suede calfskin with white and blue Cannage cotton bouclé, whose surface carries the Cannage motif with a delicate textured feel. The blue edition pairs blue suede calfskin with blue and white Cannage cotton bouclé, bringing the same motif into a deeper colorway.
Dior’s Fall 2026 footwear lineup also includes the Dior Squash, a sneaker that takes its cues from running footwear. The design uses a low profile, rounded front, layered upper, material contrast, and streamlined construction.
