Coach presents &Coach as a shift in how a luxury brand speaks to a generation that wants a role in the creative process. Joon Silverstein, Chief Marketing Officer at Coach, said the project explores how brands can build relevance and participate in culture. She explained that this generation does not want to inherit a prescribed idea of aspiration. Instead, Gen Z wants to shape identity directly and take part in the process behind the stories brands tell.

The launch gathers voices from music, film, sport, fashion and activism. Charli xcx and PinkPantheress lead the music focus, joined by Malala Yousafzai, Paige Bueckers, Toni Breidinger, Avantika, Iga Świątek and KiiiKiii. The wider talent lineup also includes Yasmin Finney, Angel Reese, Azzi Fudd and Lilas, along with KiiiKiii members Leesol, Sui, Jiyu, Haum and Kya.
Across &Coach, the stories focus on intimate, lived-in moments. Coach captures talent during scenes that feel personal and immediate, from Toni Breidinger handling pressure in a male-dominated sport to KiiiKiii preparing backstage before their first performance. The brand places its bags inside these moments as companions that support confidence during transition and self-expression.

Silverstein says Coach wants luxury to inspire confidence without conformity, reflecting a generation that treats self-expression as personal and constantly changing. Coach built &Coach with Gen Z creative directors, cultural voices and feedback from hundreds of consumers globally, and will expand the platform through new voices, community participation and cultural moments across Instagram and TikTok.
