Marine Serre places its own community in front of the camera for ARCHETYPE, a campaign led by the employees who shape the House from within. Each participant wears a piece, silhouette or symbol connected to the visual language that Marine Serre has developed over time.

AD CAMPAIGNS

ARCHETYPE examines how an icon develops through continued interpretation. The campaign returns to the All Over Moon, regenerated silhouettes, precise tailoring, second skin garments and familiar accessories. Marine Serre takes these codes beyond the conventional fashion archive and places them on the people who understand their meaning through daily work and direct experience.

Each employee selected the garment or complete look that carried the strongest personal connection. This process allowed the participants to define how they wanted to appear and which part of the House they wanted to represent. Their choices reveal individual relationships with the clothes and create a direct sense of ownership over a shared history. The campaign treats clothing as a form of identification. Each portrait shows how one person understands the Maison and their place within it. A familiar garment changes through posture, expression and character, giving the design a new context without removing its established identity.

Marine Serre draws its cast from different generations, backgrounds, bodies, identities and sensibilities within the company. The group reflects the people who contribute to the House and the range of perspectives that guide its work. Some employees meet the camera with a direct gaze. Others appear in motion, lost in reflection or caught in an open moment.

These differences shape the campaign’s view of the Marine Serre community. The portraits present the Maison as a collective formed through individual contributions. Employees transform familiar pieces through the specific way they wear them, creating new readings of clothes that audiences may already recognize.

Marine Serre presents its community as the force that carries the wardrobe forward. The campaign gives employees control over how they represent that connection and allows them to interpret shared references through their own identities. One shared visual language takes many forms through different silhouettes, bodies and identities. Marine Serre uses the series to show how people keep its codes active through use, interpretation and personal choice.
