
The 78th Primetime Emmy Awards brought television’s leading actors, creators and performers to Los Angeles on September 14, 2026, for one of the industry’s biggest nights. Alongside the awards themselves, the red carpet once again became a major part of the evening, with nominees, presenters and guests arriving in looks that ranged from classic eveningwear to sharper, more experimental choices.

The 2026 red carpet favored strong silhouettes, rich surface detail and a wide mix of textures. Tailored suits appeared alongside fluid gowns, beaded dresses, metallic finishes and sculptural shapes, while black, white, silver and saturated color dominated many of the strongest entrances.
Nicole Kidman wore a white Chanel bustier dress in wool crêpe decorated with 46 handmade silk and raffia flowers. Chanel shoes and jewelry completed the look. Sarah Pidgeon chose a custom lilac Chanel slip dress with a plunging neckline, asymmetric bias cut and pearl embellishments, finishing it with Chanel High Jewelry. Ayo Edebiri also turned to Chanel, wearing a periwinkle dress accented with a vivid red sash. Youn Yuh-jung attended in Chanel, choosing white for the evening.

Zendaya arrived in a custom Prada gown covered in crystals, designed with a plunging V-neckline and a fluid floor-length silhouette. She paired the dress with Mikimoto pearl and diamond jewelry, including Les Pétales Place Vendôme earrings, rings and a coordinating bracelet. Emilia Clarke also wore Prada, choosing a lilac silk faille dress with a cape-style back finished with symmetrical bows.
Selena Gomez attended the Emmys in a strapless gold Louis Vuitton gown constructed with chainmail arranged in a spiraling pattern around the waist before opening into a mermaid-shaped skirt. She completed the look with mixed-metal Tiffany & Co. jewelry from the Bird on a Rock collection.

Chase Infiniti wore a custom Louis Vuitton strapless mermaid gown covered in copper beads, pairing it with Hearts On Fire jewelry. Elle Fanning selected a custom mint-green silk Ralph Lauren Collection slip dress with delicate straps and a deep V-neckline. Florence Pugh wore a custom Vivienne Westwood lilac gown with a corseted silhouette, sheer sequined fabric, voluminous off-the-shoulder sleeves and a long train, finishing the look with Bulgari jewelry.
Dakota Fanning wore a black-and-white sleeveless Carolina Herrera dress from the Resort 2027 collection, featuring a drop waist, and completed the look with Swarovski jewelry. Louisa Jacobson selected Tom Ford by Haider Ackermann, choosing sharp black tailoring for the ceremony. Rachel Sennott wore Balenciaga, opting for a vivid hot-pink look that stood apart from the darker tones seen throughout the evening.


LOEWE Brand Ambassador Julia Garner wore a halterneck evening dress by Jack McCollough and Lazaro Hernandez. All-over caviar beading covered the gown. Riz Ahmed also wore LOEWE by Jack McCollough and Lazaro Hernandez, choosing a steel-blue boxy suit with a trompe l’oeil shirt. Bobine Chelsea boots completed the look.
Lisa Kudrow chose CELINE, pairing a wool and silk organza bustier dress with a double wool crêpe bolero jacket. Satin midi pumps completed the look. Woody Harrelson wore a CELINE wool gabardine jacket with a loose shirt and wool Ethan trousers. Canvas shoes completed the look. Oscar Isaac selected a double-breasted white CELINE jacket with black wool Ethan trousers and a poplin tuxedo shirt. An ivory silk cummerbund and Triomphe monk-strap shoes in calfskin completed the outfit.

Mark Ronson wore a double-breasted CELINE tuxedo jacket with mohair wool Ethan trousers, a cotton poplin shirt and silk tie. Goatskin Aura loafers completed the look. Richard Gadd chose a navy double-breasted CELINE tuxedo jacket with black wool Ethan trousers. He paired the suit with a cotton poplin shirt and goatskin Aura loafers. Dan Levy wore a CELINE mohair wool tuxedo jacket with Ethan trousers, a cotton poplin shirt and silk tie. A black crushed satin rose brooch and lambskin Jazz shoes finished the tailoring.
