Spring Summer 2018 Collections
From one point of view, it’s a celebration of wealth, from another it’s an objectivization of a woman. Bleached prints remind packaged meat, dresses are constructed from a bag shape, bright dresses remind candy wrappers. The basic shape of dresses was inspired by traditional Russian dresses buttoned up to the neck. A former symbol of the patriarchal world is interpreted as a new sign of empowerment, labeled with ironic prints of nutrition value such as “352 grams of periodical integrity”, “170 gram of certain happiness” and “190 grams of knowledge-intensive beauty”. – from Alisa Kuzembaeva
