Anrealage Spring Summer 2026 show framed fashion as a living force, with garments designed to echo the rhythm of a heartbeat. Kunihiko Morinaga placed love, vitality, and individuality at the core of the season, while his collaboration with HERALBONY brought forward artists with disabilities, whose work challenged traditional views of creative expression. Eighteen artists contributed their work to the collection, transforming garments into canvases of raw emotion. Produced with KYOCERA’s sustainable FOREARTH textile printer, the prints carried baroque and psychedelic touches, evoking primitive organisms springing to life. Dresses swelled like hearts, while skirts, jackets, and capes undulated with an organic quality.
Accessories deepened the concept. Feline-shaped handbags with moving tails were created with robotics startup Yukai Engineering Inc., inspired by its cat-like product Qoobo. These playful designs extended the theme of life and warmth while integrating art and technology.
The show also continued Anrealage’s collaboration with Thomas Bangalter. For SS26, a soundtrack made with HERALBONY layered the rhythm of a heartbeat with sounds produced by people with disabilities. This soundscape amplified the sense of human presence, contrasting natural rhythm with the rise of AI.

Morinaga framed the collection as a study of perception, asking how individuals experience the world and where differences intersect. Two parallel views unfolded on the runway, encouraging the audience to reconsider boundaries between perspectives.
