Adidas introduces TRIONDA FINAL as the Official Match Ball for the semi-finals, Bronze Final and final of the FIFA World Cup 2026. The ball gives the tournament’s closing matches a dedicated design in gold, white and black, while keeping the same performance construction as the TRIONDA Official Match Ball that adidas unveiled in October 2025.

The quarter-finals will set the two semi-final pairings. The first match takes place on July 14 at Dallas Stadium and brings the winner of France v Morocco against the winner of Spain v Belgium. The second match follows on July 15 at Atlanta Stadium, where the winner of Norway v England faces the winner of Argentina v Switzerland. The Bronze Final then heads to Miami, while the final takes the ball to New York New Jersey.

The possible semi-final paths already carry heavy football weight. France reached the last eight after a narrow win over Paraguay, and now faces Morocco, the 2022 semi-finalist that has again taken a deep run into the tournament. Spain enters its quarter-final against Belgium after a 1-0 win over Portugal, while Belgium arrived after a 4-1 victory over the United States. On the other side of the draw, Norway brings Erling Haaland into a quarter-final against England after he scored twice in the win over Brazil. England reached the last eight after a 3-2 result against co-host Mexico. Argentina, led by Lionel Messi, beat Egypt 3-2 in Atlanta, while Switzerland defeated Colombia on penalties after a scoreless match.
For the first time in FIFA World Cup™ history, adidas gives the final stages a distinct ball design after previous editions relied on traditional color updates. TRIONDA FINAL introduces new graphics, premium finishing and direct references to the last matches of the tournament. adidas keeps the core TRIONDA structure intact, giving players the same match ball behavior from the opening game to the final whistle.

The design takes its cue from the pursuit of football’s ultimate prize. A premium gold finish references the FIFA World Cup™ trophy. A black base gives the ball a sharper look, while white areas connect it to the wider TRIONDA design language. Pink and red accents bring energy to the graphics and create a visual link to the footwear players wear on pitch.
adidas also uses TRIONDA FINAL to recognize the cities hosting the decisive matches. Dallas, Atlanta, Miami and New York New Jersey appear within the main blocking of the design. The remaining host cities appear inside triangular graphic elements, giving the ball a direct connection to the full tournament map.

TRIONDA FINAL keeps the same four-panel construction as TRIONDA. It also uses the same panel shape and surface structure. Deep seams and surface textures support aerodynamics and flight stability, giving the ball consistent behavior during elite competition.
The ball also carries the latest evolution of adidas Connected Ball Technology. The system delivers ball data in real time and helps match officials reach decisions faster. It also gives teams, broadcasters and analysts additional game insight through live ball information.
adidas prices the TRIONDA FINAL Official Match Ball at €160. Fans can buy it through adidas retail stores, selected retailers and adidas.com.
