Nike introduces Studio Fleece as a coordinated sportswear system for everyday athletes, supported by a campaign featuring Alysa Liu, Jazzy Davidson, Sha’Carri Richardson, Moses Itauma, Lauren James, Reece James, Karina and Yeat. The collection brings together tops and bottoms for daily routines, sport and personal styling. Nike based the project on feedback from more than 300 women and applied its product innovation to softness, comfort, structure and color performance.

Studio Fleece offers two fits and three fabric weights. The standard fit sits closer to the body. The oversize fit creates a roomier shape. Nike offers standard silhouettes in lightweight, mediumweight and heavyweight versions. The oversize selection uses heavyweight fabric to create a defined, relaxed profile.

Lightweight pieces provide breathability and a soft feel that supports layering. Mediumweight styles work as flexible everyday layers. Heavyweight pieces add warmth, shape and structure. Nike treats the face of the lightweight and mediumweight fabrics five times with a sueding process to increase softness. Heavyweight options use a brushed reverse heather construction for extra comfort and a familiar sport inspired look.
Nike also developed a new dye recipe for the Total Black colorway. The process helps the fabric retain a deep black tone for at least 30 washes. Birch Heather joins Total Black as one of the leading color choices, and additional shades extend the styling options throughout the collection.

The design team reviewed every component, including hood construction, fit, proportions, trims and finishes. Cleaner lines, smaller cuffs, an updated hood and Lyon Blue labels give Studio Fleece a distinct identity.
Jill Gonzalez, Nike Senior Manager of Product Line Management, says the team considered every detail to create an everyday uniform through Nike performance innovation and product development. Global Styling Director Mellány Sánchez describes the collection as a group of essential silhouettes that adapt to the way women handle different parts of the day. She identifies the range of fits and weights as practical options for varied settings.

Lead Apparel Designer Claire Durfee says the team questioned every element of the product and refined the proportions, materials and finishes. The process helped Nike create a coordinated fleece system with a clear brand identity and broad styling potential.
Nike pairs the women’s Studio Fleece collection with Solo Fleece for men. The mediumweight Solo Fleece hoodie features a brushed back main body fabric, a slightly cropped and boxier fit, a self lined darted hood and a three dimensional embroidered Swoosh.

Nike currently offers Studio Fleece through its website and selected partner retailers in North America, Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Nike will begin global availability on September 1 and release additional styles in the following months.
