American Commerce Center, the new skyscraper in Philadelphia is set to become the 3rd tallest skyscraper in the USA, joining the ranks of superstructures around the globe. Architect firm Kohn Pederson Fox was chosen by the Developer Hill International to design this 460 meter tall structure, this 26 storey mixed used tower, will be the new home to a 5 star hotel with 320 rooms, 63 story tower of luxurious office space, dinning facilities, 300 000 sq ft retail space, roof garden cafes, a sky bridge ballroom, cinemas, a 360 underground parking space, a two-story health club and a subway stop among all.
