HOK architectis will design Russia’s most exclusive and luxurios hotel, in partnership with Mandarian Oriental Hotel chain, the five star development in the heart of Moscow will provide incredible view over Kremlin and the Red Square to its 250 rooms. The five star hotel is housed in a redeveloped historic building, which will keep two of the historic facades, while the rooms on ground and first floor will remain, Mandarian will get a new nine level internal atrium, 6,500 m2 of luxury brands retail space, a restaurant, underground parking for 270 cars, helth spa, fitness and wellnes center, indoor swimming pool and two elegant ballrooms.
