Sears Tower (soon to be renamed Willis Tower) is set to undergo a $350 million eco-friendly transformation. The improvements of the building will reduce electricity use by 80% in just four years, architect firm Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill Architecture doing the renovations, also designed a 50 storey tower accompanying the Sears Tower from its south side.
