Air Pentridge by Rothe Lowman

Project: Air Pentridge
Location: Melbourne, Australia
Designed by Rothe Lowman
From the grounds of Pentridge in Coburg, AIR is rising. Standing 18 storeys high, AIR is like nothing you have ever seen. It is the tallest residential tower ever built in the area and a striking example of avant-garde design that will raise the bar on apartment living for years to come. Its dynamic new architectural profile and sculptural facade, foreshadows a renewed sense of place, taking Coburg’s exciting transformation to unscaled heights. Here, high in the sky, breath taking views stretch to the glittering Melbourne skyline, the Dandenongs in the East and over Merrie Creek and parklands to the North. From street level to its dizzy heights, AIRs contemporary design by renowned architect Kim Lowman of Rothe Lowman Architects has delivered a building with real presence and real attitude.More images and some interior design solutions under the cut:
