Commonwealth Utilities presented their latest collection on September 13th in a very unique setting at Astor Place Hair in NYC. In charge of this young label are designer Anthony Keegan and his business partner Richard Christiansen of Chandelier Creative. Runway included number of very familiar Major Model faces such as Chad White, Kerry Degman, Travis Davenport and other.
