The award-winning Methow Cabin designed by Eggleston Farkas Architects, formed in 1999 by John Eggleston and Allan Farkas as a small collaborative practice. Mathow Cabin is a small retreat serving as a base for cross country skiing and mountain biking, the shed roof echoes the slope of the hills beyond, while allowing snow to slide off easily past the protected entry.
