Luxury house VALENTINO presented their Roman Palazzo Fall 2021 campaign starring actress and the brand’s ambassador Zendaya lensed in Palace Theatre in Los Angeles by fashion photographer David Sims. In charge of styling was Law Roach, with set design from Stefan Beckman. Beauty is work of hair stylist Kim Kimble, and makeup artist Sheika Daley.
I think it’s fundamental to pass strong messages through the identity of a person and Zendaya perfectly represents the values that I want Valentino to stand for, such as equality and inclusivity. I chose Zendaya as a person, for what she stands for, and not as a model. – Pierpaolo Piccioli
