Fashion brand TORY BURCH presented their Spring Summer 2022 campaign starring top models Fran Summers, He Cong, and Umbad Abdi captured by fashion photographer Johnny Dufort. In charge of art direction was Jaime Perlman, with styling from Benjamin Bruno, set design by Polly Philp, and casting direction by Ashley Brokaw. I have always loved the traditions of American sportswear. Effortless, unfussy, chic clothes designed for the way we live. For Spring/Summer 2022, we were inspired by the ingenuity of American designer Claire McCardell, who revolutionized the way women dress in the early midcentury. She discarded the rules of what women should wear, creating clothing that was liberating, practical and elegant. She was also a problem solver, introducing details like side zips and pockets. Our collection pays homage to Claire’s incredible legacy. – Tory Burch
