On Saturday, pop superstar The Weeknd seized the opportunity to surprise his fans during the After Hours til Dawn tour with the first trailer of his brand new show The Idol. Created by Euphoria’s Sam Levinson and The Weeknd, the show follows a young pop star played by Lily-Rose Depp, who develops a romantic relationship with The Weeknd’s character, an entrepeneur running a cult. The 90-second trailer opens up with ‘From the Sick & Twisted Minds of Sam Levinson and The Weeknd’ making us believe the show will definetly bring Levinson’s aesthetic with Abel’s keen eye.
