Luxury brand LOUIS VUITTON unveiled their Fall Winter 2022.23 Capucines Handbags Collection with a campaign starring supermodel Liya Kebede and her daughter Raee lensed by fashion photographer Oliver Hadlee Pearch. In charge of styling was Imruh Asha, with beauty from hair stylist Cyndia Harvey, and makeup artist Min Kim. For the season Louis Vuitton presented new interpretations of its iconic bag: The Capucines Metallic, enriched with an iridescent effect and contrasted braided leather chain, Capucines Mini that brings a playful appeal in bright fuchsia Merino wool, and a new evening version, embroidered with glass beads that recreate the Monogram Flower motif.

“Embodying the season’s Capucines bags, model and activist Liya Kebede reveals her love for literary Paris in some of the city’s most picturesque places. From historic bookshops to walks along the Seine, the model and her daughter, Raee, pay homage to one of the Maison’s most iconic bags, whose name is a nod to the street where Louis Vuitton opened its very first store. Exemplifying Paris’ timeless and elegant style, Liya Kebede carries two iconic versions of the Capucines while enjoying the city’s renowned landmarks. A symbol of the Maison’s creativity and savoir-faire, both models highlight the bag’s heritage details and signature LV closure.” – from Louis Vuitton
