The ASICS’ Naruto Sneaker collaboration, which initially released in late 2023, became a highly sought-after item in the sneaker community. Their popularity stemmed not only from their appealing design, which combined the Naruto anime theme with the ASICS GEL-NYC sneaker, but also from their exclusivity. In response to the high demand, ASICS announced a restock of these sneakers in early 2024, allowing more fans and sneaker enthusiasts to enjoy this unique collaboration.
Inspired by Naruto’s Sage Mode, the sneakers incorporate various thematic elements. They feature a unique lace lock resembling Naruto’s scroll, a scratch design reminiscent of Western imagery, and distinctive logos representing the Leaf Village and Naruto Uzumaki on the dubrae and tongue, respectively. The aesthetic appeal of the sneakers is highlighted by their primarily black color scheme, accented with Naruto’s signature orange and fuchsia. The design is rounded off with the classic ASICS side logo in white and a special edition box.
Set to release on January 11, these
sneakers are priced at $190 USD and can be found at ASICS stores and select retailers.
