The Pucci Very Vivara Spring Summer 2024 collection is about the brand’s connection with the Mediterranean, refreshing the Vivara print that has symbolized Emilio Pucci‘s affinity for the sea and its vibrant landscapes since 1965. Under Camille Miceli‘s creative direction, the collection revisits the heritage print, transporting its audience to the historic Palazzo Altemps in Rome. Here, Vivara, among other archival patterns, receives a modern reinterpretation, crafting a collection that spans from urban elegance to beachside days and nights. Three new prints are added, inspired by organic and geometric.
The color palette for this season is reminiscent of a kaleidoscope, ranging from the aquatic hues of blue, green, and purple associated with Vivara to a broader spectrum that includes neutral tones, vivid colors, poetic pastels, and lush floral shades. These colors spread across an array of fabrics and designs, from crisp poplin to fluid jersey. The newly introduced prints are Cigni, Bersaglio, and Chiave, alongside an enlarged take on Marmo.
Beyond the visuals of prints and colors, the Very Vivara collection presents an array of silhouettes, from silk dresses that drape like scarves to asymmetric tops and skirts that flirt with the breeze. Swimwear explores adventurous cut-outs and fringes, while embellishments range from paillette embroidery to leather accents. This season also introduces new footwear and accessories, including sandals with curvaceous heels and bags in structured shapes and vibrant patterns.
