On the evening of January 31, German traditional label Marc Cain invited its audience to a mesmerizing journey through a sparkling parallel universe. As show venue, Kraftwerk Berlin was chosen which turned into a mysterious and glamorous universe. Once more, like always when Marc Cain invites, the label had the most prominent guest list: this season television presenter and entertainer Michelle Hunziker, model and content creator Kelly Piquet and international supermodel Alessandra Ambrosio brought glamour to the red carpet which glittered in sophisticated silver this season. Furthermore, numerous other well-known faces attended this fascinating fashion show as well, such as Frauke Ludowig, Nicola Cavanis, Mareile Höppner, Marvy Rieder, Céline Bethmann, Barbara Kurdej-Szatan, Peri Baumeister, Anna-Maria Sieklucka and Denise Schindler. Sparkling state-of-the-art LED technology made this incredibly impressive runway setting possible.

What made this fashion show so special was the highly unique and creative play with contrasts and dreams: the show of the German traditional brand explored a very felicitous mix of the real and virtual worlds. For that purpose, the familiar was blended with the visionary and therefore the company invited its guests to discover new perspectives. Classic shapes were paired with innovative details, uniting bold silhouettes, fascinating accessories, eye-catching trends and always wearable, sophisticated elegance with exquisite craftsmanship. As always, Marc Cain focused on using only the finest materials of highest quality that you can wear for many seasons. The compelling combination of these highly versatile looks plus the incredibly well-chosen motto gave the whole event a very powerful energy that certainly stayed in mind. This lavish line contained looks that are both suitable for everyday and for special occassions.
“Our Fall/Winter 2025 collection is designed for those who move boldly through a globally connected world yet remain deeply rooted in their individuality. The looks fuse creativity with heritage, celebrating the power of self-expression and the limitless potential of contemporary fashion,” explained Marinela Oglan, Creative Director of Marc Cain.
The range of colours will shine bright through dark autumn and winter days and was a true mood booster: it contained various shades of red, starting with berry and cherry nuances. Throughout the show, brighter shades of red were applied as well, for example scarlet and candy. The collection ended with a highly glamorous, sparkling floor-length sequinned gown in ruby red Alessandra Ambrosio was wearing on the runway that was provided with a noticeable, black bow at the collar. This captivating look, a perfect mix of power tailoring, glow, sparkle and contemporary sophistication, was a true highlight. In addition to that, Marc Cain’s galaxy sparkled in dark green, pine green, pistacchio, turquoise, royal blue and mint green. Several shades of coral could be noticed as well, such as dusty coral, sunkist coral, coral blossom and calypso coral. Timeless nuances, for example cream, walnut, sand, beige, light taupe, onyx , fossil, silver and black, played a central role too. While some looks were kept in plain colours, sundry classy outfits were paired with colourful tights. Extraordinary colour pairings, such as the combination of mint green and red, were one of a kind.

With its latest line, Marc Cain stayed true to the labels’ signature style and added refreshing new ideas that were incredibly interesting to observe. This line is not only the perfect addition to your everyday wardrobe, but it also contains various looks for special occasions. The eveningwear of this range radiated pure glamour. Mini skirts played an important role this season. They were often paired with tone-on-tone shoes and tights – one of this seasons’ most sought after trends. Long, flowing coats in delicate pastel nuances underlined the dramatic character of these outfits. In addition to that, strong shoulders and accentuated waists created powerful, feminine silhouettes. The eveningwear stayed in mind because of its edgy glamour with dark winter florals and seductive, slim-fitting dresses that were made of sparkling fabrics and sheer elements. Worth of mentioning is also the very special detail-awareness of this line: for example bows, fringes, ruffles and cut outs were true eye-catchers.
What made the setting so special was the high-resolution LED installations which showed various galactic impressions. The main LED wall, through which the models entered the runway, stood up to five metres high and stretched across 16 metres in width. A 51-metre-long catwalk, provided with a 32-metre-long and three-metre-wide LED ceiling, created a very unique atmosphere where reality and fantasy were harmoniously united. Thanks to its impressive production, Marc Cain set new standards in the fusion of fashion and technology.
Star guest Michelle Hunziker enthusiastically expressed after the fashion show: “Marc Cain didn’t just present fashion tonight – they created an entire world. This fusion of creativity, technology, and design was simply breathtaking.“
Throughout the runway show, the collection turned from very wearable, chic workwear costumes and daily suits into the most glamorous evening robes. The very unique pairing of a wide range of very versatile, colourful and fascinating daywear and endlessly elegant evening looks that always stayed very wearable and the galactic motto made this show an unforgettable, powerful highlight.
