Adidas and Coca-Cola Team Up for FIFA WORLD CUP 2026

The June 6 collection features 2000s adidas silhouettes, football apparel and accessories

Adidas Originals and Coca-Cola® reunite with a collaborative collection created for FIFA WORLD CUP 2026™, launching on June 6. The release brings the two brands back 24 years after their first World Cup collaboration in 2002, connecting football’s biggest stage with 2000s adidas silhouettes, Coca-Cola® graphics and a new campaign featuring Lamine Yamal.

The collection draws from archival adidas designs and updates them with Coca-Cola® references through color, graphics and product details. adidas Originals and Coca-Cola® shape the range around 2000s street style and classic sporting looks, building a full lineup of apparel, footwear and accessories. The project returns to the relationship the two brands began in 2002, using FIFA WORLD CUP 2026™ as the setting for their latest release.

Footwear gives the collaboration its strongest product focus. The lineup includes Coca-Cola® inspired versions of four adidas silhouettes from the 2000s: the Adistar Control 5, Predator Sala, Climacool 1 and Megaride F50. Each pair references a different Coca-Cola® can and uses droplet detailing. The Megaride F50 follows a separate Coca-Cola® reference, paying tribute to the brand’s glass bottle.

The apparel and accessories range includes collaborative track tops, jerseys, shorts and t-shirts, along with a bright red airliner bag. adidas Originals and Coca-Cola® divide the collection into two visual directions. One part uses logo-heavy graphics, while the other draws from vintage aesthetics. A jersey brings that approach into a single piece, combining Coca-Cola® advertising from different eras into a new football design.

The campaign carries the title “Originals are the Real Thing,” linking adidas Originals with one of Coca-Cola® most recognizable phrases. Lamine Yamal appears among a group of original characters waiting for a bus to FIFA WORLD CUP 2026™. The setup gives the campaign an everyday scene charged with football anticipation, while the cast reflects the idea of originality behind the adidas Originals and Coca-Cola® collaboration.
