Converse and Noah reunite for a new version of the Louie Lopez 2 Pro, bringing the signature skate shoe into the partnership through a focused material update and restrained branding. The design follows Louie Lopez’s natural approach to skating and gives his model a green full grain suede upper, a limited color palette and details that support skating and everyday wear.

The upper uses full grain suede to provide durability and visual depth. A perforated Star Chevron places the Converse mark along the side without interrupting the surface, while embossed Noah branding appears on the tongue. The low profile design keeps the Louie Lopez 2 foundation visible and lets the collaboration work through material, color and finish.

Converse retains the model’s cupsole boardfeel, a key part of its performance structure. The shoe also keeps lines that Converse drew from archival track, cleat and tennis silhouettes. These references connect the Louie Lopez 2 Pro to several areas of the company’s design history while preserving its purpose as a skate shoe. Noah adds its perspective through the green suede, minimal branding and controlled palette.
The release follows the first collaborative collection from Converse and Noah. The partners introduced a Chuck 70 capsule in Spring 2026, establishing the product side of their work together. Their relationship also draws from years of involvement with skate, surf and music culture.

Brendon Babenzien and Estelle Bailey Babenzien founded Noah in 2015. The company connects skate, surf and music references with an East Coast sensibility, an approach that informs its work with Converse. Their collaboration also extends into Noah’s Los Angeles store, where Converse funded a fully skateable bowl inside the retail space.
The bowl gives the local skate community a place to gather and participate. It turns the store into an active location for the scene and reflects the partners’ view that skateboarding grows through access and direct involvement.

The same practical outlook guides the shoe. Converse and Noah designed it for days without a fixed plan, when the wearer steps outside and follows the block. Louie Lopez brings his natural skating style to the model, while Noah guides the material and visual choices.
Quentin de Briey photographed the campaign imagery. Paris videographer Ben Chadourne shot the accompanying video. The Converse x Noah Louie Lopez 2 Pro launches on July 30 through Converse, Noah and select retailers.
