Fashion house VIVIENNE WESTWOOD presented their Fall Winter 2021.22 Collection, inspired by Daphnis and Chloe painting by French Rococo artist François Boucher, at the ongoing London Fashion Week. The painting was main inspiration for the print – reflected through the colours and fabrics.? The collection features few different themes, and it mixes classic British tailoring and archive styles – reimagined to balance brand’s new silhouettes with classic looks. Over 90% of Vivienne Westwood’s main-line collection is made from materials that have a reduced impact on our environment.?

“The collection features our favourite traditional wool fabrics – tartans, herringbone & King of Wales check, designed alongside newly sourced recycled denim, forest positive viscose, organic silks and innovative eco printing systems.? We aim to make clothes which last, which are timeless, that you can style with favourite pieces from your wardrobe – and wear year in year out.? Most of the collection includes materials which are made entirely or partially from: organic cotton, recycled cotton, organic silk, eco & recycled denim and recycled nylon & polyester.?” – from Vivienne Westwood
Fashion photographer Alice Dellal captured the lookbook featuring Cherif Douamba, Coumba S, Eliza Cummings, Emma Laird, Freddie Finch, Harper Dammann Smith, and Zavier George. In charge of styling was Ellie Grace Cumming, with beauty from hair stylist Anthony Turner, makeup artist Pablo Rodriguez, and manicurist Cherrie Snow.
