PUMA and Colm Dillane, better known as KidSuper, continue their creative partnership with a new drop that puts football culture at the center. The collection, titled The Gaffers, draws from the energy of the sport while filtering it through Dillane’s playful artwork. Central pieces like the PUMA T7 tracksuit and the V-S1 sneaker anchor the campaign, which celebrates the larger-than-life presence of coaches who dominate the touchlines.

The campaign tells its story through a clash of two archetypes. On one side stands the brash, loud figure whose intensity defines the sideline. On the other side stands the suave, stylish coach whose composure creates its own authority. Clipboard and cologne become their symbols as these two characters square off. Dillane appears within the ensemble cast, adding his presence to the narrative while reinforcing the mix of sport and art. A glimpse of the new KidSuper FC pitch in Brooklyn adds to the setting, showing a rooftop oasis dedicated to street football.

The apparel captures Dillane’s visual language and connects it to PUMA’s sportswear codes. A color-blocked windbreaker brings sharp energy, while the patterned T7 tracksuit carries his art directly onto a classic silhouette. Outerwear includes a long hooded down coat, detailed with doodles and KidSuper FC branding, giving a sideline piece new character. The collection also reaches into womenswear with leggings and a long-sleeve shirt. Accessories extend the theme with the Grip Bag, a beanie, and a cap that carry the same design DNA.

Footwear plays a central role in the collaboration. PUMA and KidSuper reintroduce the PUMA Brasil, a low-profile silhouette from the 1970s that ties back to football heritage. The shoe arrives in two gum-soled options, with distressed and faded uppers that nod to wear on the pitch. Alongside it, the V-S1 sneaker takes cues from two early-2000s performance designs and adapts them for 2025. Asymmetrical lacing and bold detailing push the silhouette forward, while Dillane covers the upper with a grassy texture that directly references the football field.
The concept of The Gaffers links every piece in the collection to the sideline persona of football coaches. Dillane’s color-driven artwork and character studies give PUMA’s designs a story beyond the match, yet they keep football’s influence at the core. The windbreaker, the tracksuit, the down coat, and the footwear each play their role in building a narrative that belongs as much to the art studio as to the pitch.

Accessories and details round out the release with the same attention to storytelling. The Grip Bag functions as a portable marker of the collection, while the beanie and cap extend the KidSuper FC branding into smaller essentials. Women’s and men’s offerings sit together, creating a full picture that carries the campaign’s energy across categories.
The PUMA x KidSuper collection launches September 1, 2025, through PUMA’s website, flagship locations, and selected stockists worldwide.
