Jung Kook Fronts Calvin Klein’s New Denim Campaign

The BTS icon fronts Calvin Klein’s latest denim campaign, teasing the collection with a moody video and ‘90s-inspired silhouettes.

Global ambassador Jung Kook reconnects with Calvin Klein for the brand’s newest denim campaign, reaffirming his magnetic presence at the intersection of music and fashion. The campaign was teased earlier this week  with a short video shared on social media, offering flashes of denim-on-denim looks, city lights, and the singer’s familiar gaze, a preview that quickly set online audiences in motion.

Photographed by Mert Alas against a cinematic New York backdrop, the visuals channel the raw, moody aesthetic that has become central to Calvin Klein’s modern image. The BTS star appears in full-denim ensembles and a shearling-trimmed leather jacket, his posture exuding effortless confidence and precision. The imagery positions him as both muse and collaborator, aligning his charisma with the label’s enduring take on minimalism and attitude.

The collection returns to the ‘90s, a decade that continues to shape Calvin Klein’s visual identity. Among the new silhouettes are the low-waisted, tapered Barrel Jean and the utility-inspired Darted Carpenter Jean, each designed with relaxed proportions and subtle construction details. The 90s Straight Jean, a core style from the brand’s archive, reemerges in fresh vintage and dark rinses that balance familiarity with reinvention.

Adding a contemporary mark to these retro cues is the new CK Emblem print, a reinterpretation of the classic monogram that extends across jeans and trucker jackets. The print gives the collection its visual language, bridging the minimal restraint of the past with today’s graphic sensibilities. Each piece is styled to evoke confidence without excess, a quality that has long defined both Jung Kook’s stage presence and Calvin Klein’s design philosophy.

This collaboration signals more than a campaign; it’s a continuation of Calvin Klein’s dialogue with youth culture and its icons. By returning to Jung Kook, the brand reinforces its understanding of how global influence now operates, not through distance, but through intimacy. The campaign’s power lies in its authenticity, where denim becomes a medium of identity rather than nostalgia.
