Tatras Spring Summer 2027, The Way of the Sea, and looks to wind and water as forces that shape clothing. The collection studies how garments respond to exposure, pressure and movement over time. The sea gives the season its central image: open and free, yet unpredictable, resistant and constantly changing.
SPRING SUMMER 2027
Wind drives one side of the collection. It creates volume, transparency and motion through sheer technical nylons, silk ripstops, layered surfaces and sail inspired constructions. Water brings another set of ideas into focus. It suggests erosion, protection, adaptation and endurance, which appear through garment dyed cottons, waxed technical surfaces, membranes and lightweight outerwear.

Tatras builds the season around the way materials react under force. The collection takes partial inspiration from Hiroshi Sugimoto’s seascapes, where horizon, sky and water appear in reduced form. It also draws from Gualtiero Redivo, whose sail like structures study material, tension and movement. Tatras adds dresses, skirts, trousers, knitwear and lightweight layers, creating a full wardrobe for movement across different environments.
Waxed technical cottons create a protective surface. Matte superlight nylons keep pieces light and sharp. Silk ripstops bring fluidity, while cotton jacquards and linen cotton fabrics add natural texture. Three dimensional cotton stripes introduce depth, giving the surface a stronger physical presence.

Tatras also works with lightweight padding, garment dyed cottons and three layer technical constructions. These elements support performance while keeping the collection light in feeling and appearance. The brand uses technical development as a way to shape function, volume and comfort without losing a composed visual direction.

Airy linens appear with technical shells. Fluid silhouettes meet engineered outerwear. Natural textures sit beside performance fabrics. Rope inspired details add another layer, linking utility, restraint and the language of sailing.
With The Way of the Sea, Tatras continues its study of functional elegance through technical innovation, natural materials and refined construction. Spring Summer 2027 turns wind, water and tension into clothing built for adaptation, protection and contemporary life.
