SKIMS and Ludovic de Saint Sernin have joined forces on a limited-edition collection launching October 1, 2026. Developed in partnership with Kim Kardashian, the collaboration brings de Saint Sernin’s sensual approach and minimal silhouettes into the SKIMS vocabulary of close-fitting garments and specialized fabrications.

The project builds on a relationship that dates back to the early years of Ludovic de Saint Sernin. Kardashian was among the first internationally recognized figures to wear and support the designer’s work as his label gained wider attention. Their new collaboration turns that history into a collection informed partly by silhouettes, attitudes and fashion moments associated with Kardashian’s personal style.

Dresses and separates form the foundation of the range. Sheer textures, lace-up detailing and exposed sections of the body introduce recognizable elements from de Saint Sernin’s work, while SKIMS contributes its approach to fit and tonal color. The collection draws additional references from 1990s supermodel imagery, queer subcultures and nightlife, all recurring influences within the designer’s creative language.
“Ludovic has such a unique perspective and an incredible ability to create pieces that feel both provocative and refined while celebrating the beauty of the human form,” says Kardashian, Co-Founder and Chief Creative Officer of SKIMS. She describes the project as a collaboration built around confidence and a shared interest in the body.
That common ground provides the clearest connection between the two names. De Saint Sernin frequently uses exposure, transparency and fitted construction to direct attention toward the wearer. SKIMS has similarly developed its identity around clothing designed in close relation to the body. Here, those approaches meet through sheer surfaces, fitted proportions and details that control how much skin a garment reveals.

For de Saint Sernin, Kardashian herself became an important reference during the development process. “We looked at the silhouettes, attitudes and fashion moments that have defined her style over the years,” the designer explains. The collection therefore draws from an existing creative relationship rather than introducing an entirely separate designer vocabulary to SKIMS.
Steven Klein photographed the campaign, extending the collection’s focus on physicality into its accompanying imagery. His involvement connects naturally with the 1990s fashion references, sexuality and nightlife influences identified by the collaborators.
The limited-edition SKIMS x Ludovic de Saint Sernin collection launches October 1 exclusively through SKIMS.com and SKIMS flagship stores in New York, Los Angeles, London, Chicago and Dubai.
