American fashion designer Richard Chai presented his Spring Summer 2016 menswear collection during New York Fashion Week: Men SS16.
“The Richard Chai Spring / Summer 2016 Men’s Collection is rooted in suburban anarchy, contrasted with the conformity of youth culture. References were taken from Chai’s childhood and mixed with his signature tailoring and layered styling. Life outside of the big city is highlighted by different cliques, from the preps to the jock to the skater kids. Ecru, dark green, mushroom and grey plaids set the color pallete for the season and are mixed with touches of yellow pale pink and blue.“
