JOOPITER reveals a new creative project: JOOPITER presents: sacai x SEVENTEEN, a limited-edition auction and capsule collection created with Japanese fashion brand sacai and global K-pop group SEVENTEEN. The project arrives just as SEVENTEEN drops their fifth studio album HAPPY BURSTDAY and the video for “Bad Influence,” produced by JOOPITER founder Pharrell Williams.
The auction, open for global bidding from June 9 to June 18, features items directly connected to the group, including signed merchandise and one-of-a-kind collaborative designs. JOOPITER, SEVENTEEN, and sacai come together not just through shared creative ground, but with a purpose, net proceeds will benefit UNESCO. As active Goodwill Ambassadors, both SEVENTEEN and Pharrell Williams bring personal and institutional ties to the mission, with a focus on youth and arts education.

Pharrell describes the collaboration as an exchange of energy. “It was a pleasure to work with SEVENTEEN on our new song ‘Bad Influence,’ and it’s exciting to bring them into the world of JOOPITER, along with our brilliant friend, Chitose Abe of sacai,” he says. “This collaboration is built upon our mutual creative energy, and we can’t wait for fans around the world to experience it.”
Chitose Abe, sacai’s creative director, expands on the intent behind the collection: “Collaborating with SEVENTEEN for this project was about more than designing clothes – it was about creating something that could express individuality, unity, and energy all at once.” She brings sacai’s design language, known for contrast and modular construction into dialogue with each member’s distinct presence.

Key auction pieces include the sacai-designed jacket worn in the “Bad Influence” video, as well as a T-shirt signed by eleven SEVENTEEN members featuring the newly designed J–17–S emblem. The emblem brings together the visual identities of JOOPITER, SEVENTEEN, and sacai in a single graphic.
A centerpiece of the auction also includes a special edition of the collectible LABUBU figure from Kasing Lung’s The Monsters series. Each vinyl plush wears custom beige onesies by sacai with hand-finished accessories. Produced in a blind box edition of fourteen, thirteen figures correspond to SEVENTEEN’s members, while the fourteenth features a rare colorway inspired by Pharrell’s favorite sacai piece. This marks LABUBU’s first official collaboration with a global fashion brand.

JOOPITER has also released a six-piece merchandise capsule designed by Abe. The line includes hoodies, caps, and T-shirts in two color options, all stamped with the J–17–S mark. These are now available for order and will also launch in person at sacai Cheongdam Seoul starting June 10. The auction lots will be on view at the same location through June 12. The project comes together with support from Shinsegae International, sacai’s luxury retail partner in South Korea. Their involvement anchors the collaboration locally, while the online platform gives fans around the globe a way to access the work.
John Auerbach, CEO of JOOPITER, sees the partnership as a true reflection of the brand’s curatorial goals. “JOOPITER is proud to bring together the powerhouse group SEVENTEEN with Chitose Abe of sacai, one of the most influential designers in modern fashion. We’ve brought music and fashion into a unique collaboration that aligns with JOOPITER’s mission of offering the most desirable objects in the world.”
