ALÉMAIS reveals its Fall 2025 collection titled Madre, a poetic exploration of womanhood imagined through the lens of the Italian countryside. The collection drifts between the stages of life, from innocence and adolescence to glamour, strength, and the quiet authority of a matriarch. It’s a tale of self-becoming told through a vibrant mix of textures, prints, and silhouettes that channel both softness and structure.
FALL 2025 COLLECTIONS
From the first look, Madre leans into a narrative that feels nostalgic but not naive. There’s a cinematic quality to the garments, as if each piece holds the memory of a golden afternoon, a garden path, or a fleeting romance. But beneath the surface lies a deliberate shift, a sense of transition. As the protagonist evolves, so too does the collection: embroidered linen gives way to more sculpted tailoring, and airy prints make space for layered volumes and bolder finishes.

Central to this season’s message is ALÉMAIS’ collaboration with Sydney-based Studio A, a studio that empowers artists with intellectual disabilities. The collection features artworks from Studio A’s Daniel Kim and Greg Sindel, whose distinct perspectives bring unexpected layers to the garments. Kim’s contemplative brushwork and Sindel’s graphic storytelling appear throughout the collection in subtle yet powerful ways, offering new ways to connect with fashion as an expressive and inclusive medium.
“This collection is about joy and imagination, but also about responsibility — the responsibility we have to uplift others as we grow,” said creative director Lesleigh Jermanus. That ethos comes through not only in the collaboration with Studio A, but in the brand’s ongoing relationships with artisanal suppliers and social enterprises. ALÉMAIS has worked with global craftspeople to produce over 6,000 artisanal garments across 58 styles since 2021, focusing on ethical production that honors both maker and material.

With Madre, ALÉMAIS continues to build its reputation for print-driven collections that speak to storytelling and cultural reference. This season leans deeper into emotional and symbolic territory, crafting garments that function as heirlooms of experience rather than mere trend pieces. Each textile, cut, and embellishment works in conversation with the narrative, womanhood as a cycle, shaped by memory, care, and imagination.
Launching globally this July Madre is available via alemais.com and select international stockists. For those drawn to fashion with meaning and movement, ALÉMAIS offers something more than just beautiful clothing, it offers a lens into a world shaped by collaboration, craft, and continuous becoming.
