Nike continues to expand the Air Max Dn8 series with the new “Tiger Camo” edition, a design that takes cues from animal textures. The latest reveal draws attention through a layered mix of green, gold, and black tones that shape the camo-inspired upper.

The “Tiger Camo” pair applies a camo-style print across the upper. The green and gold lines create a jagged effect that echoes the texture of tiger stripes. Nike balances the visual density of the upper by keeping the heel cage and midsole in black. The shoe’s structure supports the look without competing with the color composition. Eight Air chambers line the sole and match the rest of the midsole in tone.

At the lateral heel, forest green Swooshes keep a low profile. They stay embedded within the print, offering contrast through finish rather than brightness. Nike adds a beige “Air Max” callout to the tongue, which gives the branding a subtle position without overpowering the shoe’s more textured areas.

The outsole brings in an unexpected shift. Semi-translucent blue rubber covers the bottom of the shoe, cut through by red accents. This addition introduces a cooler element to a color palette that otherwise leans warm. It gives the sole a visual break while extending the design story down to the last detail.

The “Tiger Camo” version fits within Nike’s recent interest in animal references. While not literal in pattern, the print takes cues from camouflage textures found in military gear and natural environments. The combination of matte and reflective materials across the upper pushes depth into the surface, helping the color shifts read with more impact.

Nike prices the Air Max Dn8 “Tiger Camo” at $200 USD. The company has yet to confirm an exact release date. Current details suggest the launch will take place later in 2025 through Nike SNKRS and selected retailers.
