Jordan Brand continues its collaboration with NBA star Zion Williamson by launching the Air Jordan 1 Low OG Voodoo Alternate on October 29, 2025. The sneaker reinterprets the concept first introduced in 2022, shifting the color balance toward rich purples and muted greens while preserving the hand-crafted visual language of the original.
The colorway includes Regency Purple, Vapor Green, Dark Raisin, Daybreak, Black, and Light Silver. Suede and canvas materials cover the upper, with mismatched color placement between the left and right shoes creating an asymmetric design. The fabric edges remain raw, with visible stitching that reinforces the layered construction. An inverted Swoosh appears on the medial side, reinforcing the mismatched structure and unconventional layout.
The tongue label reads upside-down, and the Wings logo on the heel follows the same approach. Exposed cross-stitching runs along the toe and heel overlays, echoing a handmade aesthetic. Zion’s voodoo skull motif reappears embroidered near the lateral heel, tying this pair to the original concept while allowing the palette shift to carry the update. Cream-colored laces provide a clean contrast against the layered upper, while mismatched insoles continue the shoe’s asymmetry.
The sneaker will be available in men’s sizing at $165 USD through the SNKRS app and select Jordan Brand retailers. The original “Voodoo” pair saw high demand on release and now trades well above retail on secondary markets.
Zion Williamson joined the Jordan Brand roster in 2019 and has remained one of its most visible athletes. While his signature models target performance on court, the “Voodoo” editions have allowed for broader storytelling rooted in personal symbolism and experimental design.
